Recommended Use Adults: Mix 2 teaspoons (16 g) into a glass of room-temperature water, drink immediately, and follow with another glass of water. Use once daily after a meal. Children (6–12 years): Half the adult dose. Important: Drink plenty of fluids. After prolonged continuous use, take a 2–3 day break.
