Efekts ne tikai kā cerēts, bet labāks. Kombinēju ar 500mg c vitamīna, lai ātrāk novērstu magnija trūkuma sekas. Tik vajadzētu pie lietošanas pieminēt, ka starp kapsulu uzņemšanu vajag ap 4-5h atstarpi. Kapsulas gan palielas. Kad apslimst, un iekaist kakls.. nepatīkami, jo nevar uzreiz kārtīgi norīt.
