Rhodiola is a supplement containing a standardised rhodiola rosea extract (Rhodiola rosea). This plant is considered to be an adaptogen: it stimulates the nervous system, maintains normal brain circulation, stimulates perception and mental activity, increases physical capacity and supports potency. It is beneficial for stress-related fatigue, headaches and sleep problems.

Supplementation with Rhodiola is particularly recommended during periods of stress, fatigue, drop in work efficiency, or problems with reduced endurance or physical condition. The product may be used for longer perdiods of time.

INGREDIENTS:

Rhodiola rosea root extract (Rhodiola rosea) 3% rosavins, shell (gelatine, colourant – titanium dioxide), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents: cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
