Recommended daily intake: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (12 g) with 150 ml of water or milk. Consume one serving daily [1 portion = ~2 scoops (12 g)].

Tik vajadzētu pie lietošanas pieminēt, ka starp kapsulu uzņemšanu vajag ap 4-5h atstarpi. Kapsulas gan palielas. Kad apslimst, un iekaist kakls.. nepatīkami, jo nevar uzreiz kārtīgi norīt.
